Sibongile Manzana who is the Director is an experienced Human Resources professional who holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree from the University of the Western Cape. She also possesses a Certificate in Business Leadership from Peninsula Technikon and a B Comm Honours (Industrial Psychology) from University of Johannesburg and lots of certificates in Human Resources.

She has more than 20 years' experience in the human resources field having worked for notable multinational companies that include Japan Tobacco International, Henkel, LSG Sky Chefs – a subsidiary of Lufthansa, Massmart (Walmart owned) and local prestigious notable companies namely Transnet, Truworths, Vodacom, Barloworld to mention a few.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources, ranging from sound labour legislation experience; representing employers at the CCMA & Bargaining Councils for conciliations & arbitrations; training managers and executives in various HR aspects; working on restructuring projects; outsourcing & acquisitions projects; recruitment; expatriate management; compensation and benefits. She has extensive experience in start-ups where in different positions she was appointed to set up HR departments.

She has served and been appointed into the Board of Directors for the companies she worked for and has also chaired Social and Ethics Committees. She also sat on the Board of AgriAid SA in her spare capacity before the NGO was dissolved in 2020 due to lack of funding.
